We're located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in sunny Salida, Colorado. At Soulcraft, we believe that greatness is created with passion and purpose, and we strive to embody those values in everything we do. We are thrilled to have you join us at our craft brewery and restaurant, where we aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are thrilled to announce our plans to completely update our menu for summer! There are some great new unique dishes that we can't wait to share with you! One of the biggest changes is a decision to no longer offer fried foods. We know it’s a jurassic shift, but it’s a decision based on keeping our kitchen cleaner and our staff safer. We are offering kettle chips, and fresh sides alternatively. We will be continually putting new items on the summer menu while selling through prior menu items, so we encourage you to indulge in the items you like the most from our current menu before they're gone or only available as a special.
