Moon Itcher

German Style Helles Lager

Moon Itcher is brewed with Pale German Pilsner malt and balanced by German Noble hops. Body is light and crisp accented by a solid hop bitter. A floral hop aroma is evident in the dense rocky head.

Low Vis ★

Hazy Pale Ale

Low Vis is hopped with a classic combo of Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops, yielding an intense citrus and pine aroma and flavor. Dry hopped and “loosely” filtered, the hop oils remain with proteins to maintain a solid haze. Finish is semi-dry, hoppy and refreshing.

X-Ray ★

India Pale Ale

X-Ray IPA is brewed with a combination of new school and old school hops, as well as hops from Australia. Hop bittering is assertive. Flavor and aroma include pineapple, grapefruit, melon, and pine. Body is medium with a semi-dry hoppy finish.

Centi-MentaL

Old School IPA

Centi-Mental is a nod to the IPA’s of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. We use Cascade and Centennial hops to create a big citrus hop profile that is paired equally with a rich malt backbone. Unlike modern IPA’s Centi-Mental has plenty of early hop additions, creating solid bittering. Finish is semi-dry with lingering hop flavors.

Rye'd or Die

Rye Porter

Rye porter with 120lbs of locally sourced rye malt creating a complex flavor with notes of chocolate, nuttiness, and an upfront spicy/ pepper notes from the rye malt. The beer is rounded out with a slightly sweet finish and aromas of earthy hops.

Charlie’s Brown

English Brown Ale

Charlie's Brown is an English Brown Ale served on nitro with a rich malt forward flavor with notes of toffee and sweet caramel. It finishes slightly dry with subtle earthy hop aromas. Served on nitro to give the beer an extremely smooth and creamy texture.

Gose not Gose

Blueberry & Lemon Gose (5.3% ABV)

This Gose has a pleasant tartness with salty undertones from Hawaiian black salt. Secondary fermented with blueberries and lemon. Blueberry being the main act with lemon as a supporting role. 5.3% ABV keeps the beer refreshing and not over powering. Perfect for a summer patio day.

El pecador ★

Amber Syle Mexican Lager

More akin to a traditional Vienna Lager, El Pecador is a very smooth Amber Lager.  We brew with locally malted Vienna and caramel malts as well as flaked corn.  Hopping is moderate and the fish is smooth with good body and semi-sweet finish.

Zinga Son ★

Mexican Lager

Traditionally brewed with Pilsner malt, and a small percentage flaked corn. German hops are hidden in the background. Fermented with yeast from Mexico’s most famous brewery. SUPER light and crisp. Looking for an all day summer drinker? This is it!

Green Chile Ale ★

Blonde Ale brewed with Pueblo Serranos

Our Green Chile Ale highlights what most people love about green chiles. The wonderful roasted aroma and big chile flavor is given a little kick with the addition of Serrano chiles. Body is medium with a semi-dry finish.

Skyfire ★

Hazy IPA

Sky Fire is a serious contender in a sea of hazy IPAs. Big notes of Pineapple, mango, grapefruit and tangerine dominate the flavor and aroma. Bitterness is kept low to emphasize the juiciness of this exceptional IPA. The name Sky Fire is a reference to our amazing Colorado sunrises and sunsets.

All Mountain Amber ★

Amber Ale

All Mountain Amber Ale is designed for super smooth drinkability. The use of local, freshly malted caramel malts, creates a rich and slightly sweet flavor. Subtle flavors of caramel and toasted bread are balanced by the addition of Perle and Cascade hops. Body is medium and the finish is semi-sweet. Pairs well with almost everything.

Dark Matter

Schwarzbier

Light and crisp German black lager with a medium malt flavor and light roast flavor. Generously hopped with Saaz and Hallertau giving it a herbal hop flavor and aromatics.

Take of, Eh

Belgian Tripel (9.4% ABV, 38 IBU)

In collaboration with Locavore Beer Works, Take Off, Eh is our rendition of a Belgian Tripel with a Canadian twist. Pilsner malt for the base and some Mars malt for a distinct flavor and color. North American Belgian yeast strain gives the beer a dry finish with phenols on the nose. The beer is blended with montmorency tart cherry concentrate, giving the beer a vibrant cherry flavor and a touch of sweetness.

Pale Ale (5.2% ABV, 65 IBU)

Ute Trail Pale Ale is a hop forward pale ale with tons of late hop additions. Bursting with flavors of grapefruit and pine thanks to the combination of Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe hops. A simple grain bill that delivers a slight toasty, biscuity flavor to help balance the hops
