Blonde Ale brewed w/Pueblo Serranos : Our Green Chile Ale highlights what most people love about green chiles. The wonderful roasted aroma and big chile flavor is given a little kick with the addition of Serrano chiles. Body is medium with a semi-dry finish.
Mexican Amber Lager : More akin to a traditional Vienna Lager, El Pecador is a very smooth Amber Lager. We brew with locally malted Vienna and caramel malts as well as flaked corn. Hopping is moderate and the fish is smooth with good body and semi- sweet finish.
Mexican Lager: Traditionally brewed with Pilsner malt, and a small percentage flaked corn. German hops are hidden in the background. Fermented with yeast from Mexico’s most famous brewery. SUPER light and crisp. Looking for an all day summer drinker? This is it!
All Mountain Amber Ale is designed for super smooth drinkability. The use of local, freshly malted caramel malts, creates a rich and slightly sweet flavor. Subtle flavors of caramel and toasted bread are balanced by the addition of Perle and Cascade hops. Body is medium and the finish is semi-sweet. Pairs well with almost everything.
German Style Helles Lager: Moon-Itcher is brewed with Pale German Pilsner malt and balanced by German Noble hops. Body is light and crisp accented by a solid hop bitter. A floral hop aroma is evident in the dense rocky head.
Hazy Pale Ale: Low Vis is hopped with a classic combo of Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops, yielding an intense citrus and pine aroma and flavor. Dry hopped and “loosely” filtered, the hop oils remain with proteins to maintain a solid haze. Finish is semi-dry, hoppy and refreshing.
Old School IPA made with/Centennial Hops: Centi-Mental is a nod to the IPA’s of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. We use Cascade and Centennial hops to create a big citrus hop profile that is paired equally with a rich malt backbone. Unlike modern IPA’s Centi-Mental has plenty of early hop additions, creating solid bittering. Finish is semi-dry with lingering hop flavors.
India Pale Ale: X-Ray IPA is brewed with a combination of new school and old school hops, as well as hops from Australia. Hop bittering is assertive. Flavor and aroma include pineapple, grapefruit, melon, and pine. Body is medium with a semi-dry hoppy finish.
Stout Brewed w/lactose and real Coconut: Our Milk Stout is brewed with the traditional addition of lactose, or milk sugar. This adds a subtle sweetness and creaminess to counter the heavy roast flavors from darker malts. We hand toasted coconut and added it to the finished beer, creating an intense flavor and aroma of coconut and chocolate. Body is full with a sweet, coconut finish.
HYBRID STYLE BROWN ALE: Bon Ton Brown Ale, is a uniquely crafted Brown Ale that was inspired by the rich, malty ales of the UK, as well as We use a good percentage of caramel and chocolate malt to create a beer with some sweet notes that are properly balanced by Willamette hops. Body is medium-light with a semi-dry finish.
Sky Fire is a serious contender in a sea of hazy IPAs. Big notes of Pineapple, mango, grapefruit and tangerine dominate the flavor and aroma. Bitterness is kept low to emphasize the juiciness of this exceptional IPA. The name Sky Fire is a reference to our amazing Colorado sunrises and sunsets.
