Kustom Kolsch is a collaboration with San Luis Valley Brewing and the Early Iron Car Club of Alamosa.
Straw to pale gold in color with brilliant clarity. Low malt sweetness with a soft, delicate bready or cracker-like malt character, subtle noble hop bitterness, and a clean, dry finish.
It may feature very faint, pleasant fruity yeast notes (like apple or pear).
